Shona Mea has run two fine races at Gowran and has won from a higher mark than this so looks certain to get involved. John McConnell has three entries with Rockview Roman up 6lb for scoring at Gowran and Kartayaz back in good form at Dundalk last time. Khafaaq couldn't hold the late thrust of You Owe Me Money at Gowran and has gone up 3lb but FOND FAREWELL looked a much stronger horse than last year when scoring at Limerick and can defy a 5lb rise. Kampala Beach has an absence to overcome but he was showing improved form at Dundalk late last year.
