DALLAS COWBOY gained an easy victory in a Wexford maiden in October before taking a fall when still in contention in a Grade 2 at Navan a month later. He looks reasonably treated for his handicap debut and can make amends. Sonny B had been chasing before taking advantage of a lenient hurdles mark to score at Thurles and though now 7lb higher he can still get competitive. Kylecrue alternates between hurdles and fences and stays this trip well. His second to the useful Prince Of Scars at Clonmel in November puts him right in the picture for this. Knockraha Pylon had gradually dropped in the ratings before a fine effort behind Dragon Khan at Thurles and should make her presence felt.
