In depth

Verdict

Joseph O'Brien has a very strong hand here with UNCLE HENRY (NAP) and Paris Texas. The former has looked as if this sort of trip was required in his two starts over the minimum so gets the vote as though the latter would have an obvious chance on his narrow defeat by Political Policy at Bellewstown he was well beaten into third at Ballinrobe next time. Percy Veer acts on any ground though his last two runs over hurdles in the spring were in very testing conditions. Sticky Situation ran much better when tackling 2m4f at Killarney while Rolanna, who has shown signs of ability over timber and made a successful return to action on the Flat at Clonmel in May, would be a threat if the ground turned soft.
