Smokey Joe Joe won over hurdles here way back in 2011 and has been chasing. He reverts to hurdles on a 19lb lower mark so is one to note in the market. Coolmill is the other course and distance winner in the line-up and is also on a decent mark if returning to form. Ballyegan Hero was having only his fifth start over timber when landing a Tramore maiden and though carrying a big weight his young rider's claim is a bonus. ADMIRAL BRIAN doesn't win often but his turn looked imminent when he came with a strong late run over three miles here last time. He's only 1lb higher so this looks his chance. Petuna had some decent form on the Flat and over hurdles last summer though hasn't run since September so a bigger threat may emerge in the shape of the four-year-old Prince Charmin', who makes his handicap debut after beating a strong field at Limerick in March.
