In depth

Verdict

This looks another for the champion trainer as TERMINAL looks a cut above these. The winner of two French bumpers and twice successful over hurdles, he made a bright start to his chasing career behind Canaly in what looked a very strong race at Fairyhouse. Winning point-to-pointer Hatrick Harry also made a very promising debut over fences when just failing to catch Mazuri Cowboy at Limerick and looks certain to improve while The Way We Were is a very interesting entry as he had some very strong form in a light career before pulling up in last year's Galway Hurdle. Mollydod won a point-to-point last month before a cracking effort over timber on New Year's Eve and she should do even better over regulation fences.
