SHARK BAY's narrow debut defeat by Atomic Jones at the Curragh worked out well and he'll be much better suited by stepping up to this sort of trip this season. Glory Daze couldn't handle Group 3 company at Leopardstown after a narrow defeat on soft ground at Navan. Nusret is by Golden Horn out of a mare who has produced winners with all seven offspring to race and shouldn't be long keeping up the family tradition judging by a promising run at the Curragh in September. Swing Point was slightly disappointing at Dundalk after a promising Punchestown debut while Kaliysta needed the experience on last summer's debut at Leopardstown. Faded Fantasy may prove best of the newcomers.
