In depth

Verdict

Mister Butler ran much better on heavy ground at Tramore but is hardly likely to improve at his age and Napoleon Blue, who started a much shorter price but was an early faller, has a better chance. However, EXIT TO THE WEST finished runner-up that day and Robert Tyner's progressive mare looks the one to beat. Peterstown showed her first real sign of form over fences at Down Royal and wouldn't need much more to get into contention while Stansfield ran a fine race for a 150/1 chance on the same track and can get competitive if in the same kind of form. The Rebel Knight was engaged in the 3.10 at Tramore yesterday.
