In depth
Verdict
This looks between AUGUSTIN and Fire In His Eyes, though the former has much the stronger form. His defeat on New Year's Eve at Punchestown by Monbeg Notorious has been hugely enhanced by the winner's subsequent victories in the Thyestes Handicap and a Grade 2 at Navan on Sunday. Fire In His Eyes won a bumper and scored twice over timber but didn't make much impression over fences until his recent second at Thurles so may still have some improvement in him. The remainder would probably need mishaps to the principles with winning hurdler Hanover Street probably the best of them on his chasing debut.
