Claire Pet was a 66/1 chance when running reasonably well behind The Winkler at Gowran which was a good effort in the context of this poor race. Railway Benefit made a fair debut over timber at Naas but looked very one-paced at Fairyhouse at the beginning of the month. Are You Listening followed a placed effort between the flags by running well for a long way at Naas in November but point-to-point winner Corporate Box jumped poorly when tailed off on her hurdling bow at Limerick. Mick Hourigan does well with ex-point-to-pointers and MOORES ROAD would only need to be half decent to make a winning start under Rules after landing a maiden at Dromahane in December so gets the vote. The betting should be monitored for clues about the remainder.
