It's difficult to get away from SHANTOU LUCKY (NAP) after he landed a touch at Down Royal last week. Only a four-year-old, he's effectively 11lb higher as he was ridden by a claimer but should still have plenty of improvement in him. Most of the opposition are in woeful form, Courtin Bb and Chelseas Friend both pulling up after placed efforts, but the latter has Rachael Blackmore back on board and her mount looks the main danger. Offshore Oscar has been chasing but reverts to hurdles on a 6lb lower mark which may be enough to see him in the frame.
