Winning point-to-pointer FACE THE ODDS has been in the lead at this trip when tackling further in his last two starts. Today's conditions will make this a stamina test and he looks the one to beat. Power Of Pause also won between the flags and, though slightly disappointing in bumpers, should do much better now tackling hurdles. The Priests Leap looked a likely future winner when narrowly beaten on his hurdling debut over the minimum on heavy ground at Fairyhouse but ran poorly on a return visit.
