Dual winning hurdler Bitview Colin ran poorly in his first two starts over fences last month and may need more time. Winning bumper Valgor Du Ronceray did quite well over hurdles considering he was always likely to do better over fences so is one to note on his debut over the bigger obstacles. EIGHT TILL LATE has now had 10 starts over fences without winning but this looks his chance. He was conceding lumps of weight when runner-up in a Punchestown handicap last time and this looks easier. Dual hurdles winner Coolbane West is certain to improve for his chasing debut on that latter track and could snatch a place.
