Many of this field arrive in good form including Damut, who reverted to hurdles at Thurles after scoring over fences on this track and ran well. He's won from much higher marks than this in the past and has to be respected. Montys Meadow won a point at Rathcannon in November, his first start since March, so the lack of a recent run won't be a problem while Quarry Girl makes her handicap bow after a battling victory over 2m4f at Fairyhouse for which she's 8lb higher. Westy Fox stayed on strongly to score over 2m4f at Fairyhouse and only just failed to overcome a 7lb rise when narrowly beaten by Fierami at Navan. HILLTOP SUPREME (NAP) followed her Fairyhouse victory with an impressive performance at Punchestown and though hit with an 11lb rise can strike again while in such good form. Crack On Corrie has been alternating between hurdles and fences and still looks on attractive mark, especially with Simon Torrens' claim to aid her cause.
