Castlebawn West put a disappointing bumper debut behind him to win easily on heavy ground over this track and it won't be long before he's winning over hurdles. Dos Gardenias has won two bumpers in the French Provinces while Feelin' Groovy took advantage of heavy ground to win a Limerick bumper in March. Riverdene ran very well when runner-up over this trip at Fairyhouse while Spyglass Hill caught the eye over the track and trip last time though may need further. WESTERN HONOUR was staying on when runner-up in a 2m Navan handicap last month so the longer trip and softer ground can enable him to get off the mark. An Fearchan and Kilchreest Moon were placed behind Los Alamos at Thurles with the remainder a long way behind and both can get into the action.
