Winning point-to-pointer Fameaftertheglory looks a smart recruit to hurdling after a comfortable victory in a heavy-ground Wexford bumper. Winning bumper Gordon Dai Dai ran very well in a big field of maiden hurdlers at Naas last month but there looked to be something amiss with GORKI D'AIRY when he pulled up at Thurles in February as he'd looked one to follow on his previous start. With the latter's yard in top form, he looks the one to be on. Trendy Lady should go well with her allowance having led for a long way at Fairyhouse while Rajsalad ran two fine races on heavy ground last winter and probably needed his recent run at Gowran.
