Goulane Chosen has only won once in 17 starts over fences though that was on this track. He's changed stables and could still be capable of better though LAID BACK LUKE will take some beating. A novice chase winner at Fairyhouse, he's been in top form on the Flat winning easily at Gowran last month so a return to fences should see him very difficult to beat. Tisamystery won this last year when rated just 2lb lower though that was on good ground as was his latest success at Galway. He wouldn't want any more rain unlike Coeur Joyeux, a very easy winner on heavy going at Sligo and still in touch when falling at the last at Galway. Cahirconree found 3m1f stretching his stamina at Kilbeggan after winning over a mile shorter at Tipperary so this trip should suit.
