Verdict
Stynes has been placed at Perth and Kilbeggan in his last two starts over hurdles but has had 19 career starts without managing to get his head in front. Tempo Mac wasn't beaten far at Roscommon in August but fell next time when struggling and never looked like figuring when fourth at Listowel on his latest start. Bumper winner Collen Beag ran well over a longer trip at Tramore, however, while there should be more to come from Motown Bob now he tackles hurdles. VOTE OF CONFIDENCE is gradually getting his act together and 2m4f seemed to stretch his stamina last time - this looks an easier opportunity.
