Takarengo won this from 2lb higher last year but hasn't been in that kind of form and finished ten lengths behind Monas Melody at Bellewstown last week. The latter is up 6lb and was beaten half-a-length when fourth behind HARRY'S LEGACY at Killarney and is no better off. The winner missed the break completely on his hat-trick bid over 1m6f on that same track but was making up ground at the finish and can return to winning ways. He holds Lunar Power on that run while Vischio arrives on the back of a victory over hurdles at Tramore and isn't out of this.
