        Verdict

        L'INGENUE returned a facile six length winner at Lingfield on her reappearance and is clearly much improved. She is worth sticking now handicapping for the first time. Searching ran three times over a mile last season and gets first-time headgear on his reappearance while Vive Ma Fille failed to cope in Listed company last time but went close in this grade at Pontefract before that. Perceus may improve further for the longer trip but Beau Knight made little impression over 1m4f at Beverley last time.
