There is rarely a meeting goes by here without the Koukash colours appearing in the winner’s enclosure. Gabrial The Tiger isn’t particularly well drawn but Connor Murtagh’s claim is a plus and he makes more appeal than Lexi's Hero and stablemate Rene Mathis, who is better over further. It’s a long time since the 11-year-old Confessional ran over 6f and Zac Brown is also better over the minimum. SPIRIT OF WEDZA has been going well at Catterick and this track is similar in nature. He holds Highland Acclaim on the form book and stall two will do his chances no harm.
