Verdict

Gabrial The Thug is the more stoutly bred of the three Richard Fahey entries and may not have the pace for this but the remaining pair, Gabrial's Kaka and Gabrial's Wawa, have plenty of speed in their pedigrees. Uncle Bernie didn't run badly on his debut here while Mudaawem led for a long way over the C&D a couple of weeks ago and only faded close home. He'll improve and looks the main threat to ESTIFZAAZ, who started favourite on his debut at Newmarket but ran green then showed the benefit with an excellent run in what looked a very strong maiden won by Sanjuro at Sandown. He's likely to be at short odds here but is impossible to oppose.
