Roman Dragon has done all his winning so far at this venue including his latest start and has to come into the reckoning. But LIHOU missed out by only a short-head at the track last month despite having to race wide from an outside draw and David Evans’ charge gets another chance. Bezzas Lad also went close over a slightly longer trip here last time and has a more favourable draw on this occasion while Shalaa Asker finally won on Turf when successful at 20/1 at Pontefract and Count D'Orsay was winning for the first time since 2020 when scoring at Hamilton.
