Admiralofthefleet's only wins have come on right-handed tracks which is a bit of a worry, however he looks the class act and gets the vote ahead of Yazamaan and Desert Dew. Forget the selection's last run - he, like many of Aiden O'Brien's horses have been needing the run. His Group Two win at Ascot last season showed that he is a classy son of Danehill and stripping fitter for his recent outing behind subsequent winner Creachadoir, he looks the one to side with if handling this sharp left-handed track. Desert Dew looks a major player here - his only poor run came on unsuitably soft ground and with a facile win already to his name this season, course specialist Barry Hills has a likely candidate to improve his fine record. Ea has plenty of scope for improvement but will need to, so of more interest may be Yazamaan. Two effortless wins to his name last season means that he deserves plenty of respect on this reappearance, although a more galloping track may suit. Striving Storm is another to consider, but Admiralofthefleet can win, giving trainer Aiden O' Brien his second winner of the race in three years.
