Gossip Column goes well here and is 3lb higher than when scoring at the track in August while Al Jellaby was placed at Doncaster last time but has yet to win a handicap. Red Force One included a course and distance success when landing a hat-trick last year and has subsequently joined Paul Nicholls while Crownthorpe is penalised for winning at Beverley but has plenty to prove over this longer trip judged on previous attempts. Kasbaan has more scope than most making his seasonal debut having been gelded but BOBBY K will be sharper for a recent comeback run over a mile and gets the vote only 2lb higher than when scoring over today’s trip at Lingfield in November with a couple of subsequent winners behind.
