      Verdict

      A creditable seventh in the Windsor Castle at Ascot, ROCKIN ROY has won both subsequent starts in novice company and has the edge over today’s opposition on these terms. He’s preferred to Sunsprite, who is penalised for winning in Class 2 company at Salisbury last time while Gabrial The Wire carries a 3lb imposition for a victory over 5f here in June. Finoah could go well despite having plenty to find at the weights with the selection while Justice Shallow is likely pick-up some prize money for finishing last.
