Philip Hobbs doesn't run many on the Flat so it's interesting to see Walter White, who started favourite for a hurdle at Newton Abbot two weeks ago, turning out though the stable is going through a quiet spell. Arty Campbell has never won on Turf but was only beaten a neck at Kempton earlier this month. Urban Space has been in terrific form and is a four-times course winner, though has nothing in hand on Kashgar on the form book. Cotton Club should be thereabouts but FITZWILLY should be thereabouts off this sort of mark having finished second over track and trip on his penultimate start. Lungarno Palace looks best of the rest ahead of jumper Kelvingrove.
