In depth

Verdict

Though she’s done most of her winning at Brighton, PORTERINTHEJUNGLE did score over this track and trip last summer and is only 3lb higher. Robyn Brisland’s mare may offer some value against likely hot favourite Autumn Festival, who was almost certainly flattered by his margin of victory on soft ground here last week and carries a penalty, though holds Letter Of The Law on the form book. Connie's Rose also arrives on a hat-trick while Darvel is worth a market check in first-time headgear.
