Verdict

Purple Reign never threatened when third at Wolverhampton and Bascinet steps up in trip after a better effort at Nottingham. Cicely has been thereabouts without looking like winning and a token vote goes to TARBAT NESS in a weak contest. The latter showed major improvement when fifth at Yarmouth on his handicap debut and may figure with any further progress.
