Verdict

ALTERNATIVE FACT looks very much the type to make a hurdler as he was at his best on the Flat when the mud was flying. This is not a difficult start but recent Taunton runner-up Mister Marbles is much respected and Halifax still has time on his side. Post No Bills won twice between the flags but Cardano has been let down by his jumping so far. Jockey bookings suggest Thanksforthehelp is preferred to Seventeen O Four of the Pipe duo.
