Creon was a good winner at the end of last season at Perth when defeating Peninsular Row. He also made an encouraging debut this season when ninth in a class B hurdle here behind Springfield Scally he will strip fitter today and is the TEAMtalk selection. Guard Duty rates the main danger but he was beaten by a Jonjo O'Neill horse last time out so he should know where he stands with Creon. West Hill Rose is from a stable begging to hit top form and she improved throughout last season but she may improve for this her first run in 263 days, however she has form on the ground. Do It On Dani was well behind Guard Duty last time out and there is no reason why he should reverse placings on these revised terms. Baloo goes well on the ground but he ran as if in the grip of the handicapper when fourth behind Empire Park last time out. Of the others Maninga could go well he looked an improved horse at the end of last season and ran as if need of the run when fifth at Newton Abbot a head behind Baloo last time. He will strip fitter today and could go well at a big price.
