Verdict

Garbanzo just found enough to complete back-to-back successes last time and is making up for lost time having missed the whole of his three-year-old career. He is up another 2lb here though and is upped to 2m for the first time and STANLEY is just preferred. The Hughes inmate is a tremendously consistent sort who continues to pay for that reliability with regular punishment from the handicapper. He has been raised another 2lb for being beaten into third last time but Finley Marsh is booked to ease the burden. Both three-year-olds look dangerous in receipt of weight all round with Elysees preferred to Roystonia as he appears the more progressive of the pair.
