Young Lieutenant was disappointing back over hurdles at Taunton after winning a jumpers’ bumper at Kempton. The progressive Johnny B looks a threat to all, however, off the back a second at Exeter but we’ll stick with the equally-unexposed BROKEN HALO, who won easily over 2m5f at Wincanton on just his second start under Rules and was going away at the finish. Major Dundee tries a new trip but will need to settle better than at Kempton last time to last home.
