In depth

Verdict

BOBO MAC beat Lanspark by four lengths in this last year and is 9lb lower. He is in the veteran stage now but made a satisfactory reappearance on soft going at Warwick and a talented conditional takes over the reins. Ben Lilly has already won at Newton Abbot and Wincanton this season and, though this is a much stiffer track, stays further. Dear Ralphy was runner-up over 3m1f at Plumpton but none of the others make much appeal.
