Verdict

QUEEN ANNIE was well backed on her debut under Rules at Uttoxeter and was staying on in the closing stages having got outpaced on the turn for home. She can recoup losses ahead of Nick Gifford’s Pip Away, who is a half-sister to two winners, and Tintagel Queen, who was held up well off the pace at Market Rasen on Boxing Day and was forced to come wide in the straight.
