BONOMAN hasn't been seen since beating Anay Turge by six lengths at Ffos Las in November but finally seems to have got his act together over fences and Conor Ring's claim is a major factor in his favour today. We'll take him to win what appears a modest heat with Kap West still 10lb higher than when scoring at Towcester last June. Malin Head may be capable of better after his second at Plumpton but Hector's House is usually worth opposing and Russe Blanc should strip fitter for his run at Carlisle.
