Boundary House, Quizzling, Gunship and Parkinson are all shortlisted here, but Parkinson gets the tentative vote. The Trevor Hemmings-owned five-year-old is 9lb higher in the handicap for his recent Leicester win but stuck to his task well then and had defied a similar rise in the weights to win that race. Tony McCoy is in the saddle as the horse goes for a hat-trick of wins. Also looking for a three-timer is Quizzling who has won his past two races at Ludlow and Fontwell, but the form is suspect and he has pulled up in almost half of his races. Gunship represents a top yard but disappointed in heavy ground when a beaten favourite last time out. He may be worth another chance at a big price if he can recapture his Exeter form from January. Boundary House has had his problems but is not without a chance based on his Wincanton win. However he looks to be in the handicappers grip at present and we will stick with our original selection Parkinson.
