In a race where plenty of the field have inflated marks to over come ROSS LEADER could have the most competitive rating so has the vote but we wouldn't be surprised to see either Glimmer of Light or Tarsus win. The very tentative pick is off a mark three pounds lower than his last time out place and although well beaten that day this field seems to be slightly weaker so the reduction in his burden boosts his chances. Glimmer Of Light has been running particularly well at this level recently and as a consequence the assessor has taken note. His mark is now nine pounds higher than the last time he won but another strong effort could overcome that. Tarsus finished ahead of Glimmer Of Light last time out to finish in second place in a contest where the lines have produced a couple of winners. He's up in the handicap for that effort but still seems in the competitive category. Guns of Love has been hammering on the door in the last two starts and is weighted to go well again while a return to form for Red Jester may prove he is over priced but we'll take our chances with marginal selection Ross Leader.
