Verdict

Lord Bryan has been in good form over fences but has never won over hurdles and is only slightly better off. GOLDEN SOVEREIGN hails from an in-form yard and very nearly lost his maiden tag in a better race at Exeter so with his rider claiming 7lb he can go one better. Good And Hardy should be winning soon judging by his reappearance over the track and trip when chasing home Perfect Man while Accordingtogino also performed with credit on his return to action here on only his fourth start over timber. Winning point-to-pointer March Is On was suited by a stamina test at Southwell and though 8lb higher looks likely to provide a threat.
