KING OF WAR is still a maiden and though been beaten twice from this mark in recent weeks has his rider's claim to aid his cause and looks the one to beat. Agapanther, a winner over this trip at Kempton, couldn't get close to the winner over 6f at Lingfield and this is her distance so she looks the main threat. Amjad, still a maiden after eleven starts, is probably better over a mile while Connie's Rose was beaten seven lengths into third over 6f here last time. Clement Danes finished last at Wolverhampton but her yard can do little wrong.
