Bonjour Steve was winning for the first time in 23 attempts when successful over 7f at Newcastle last week and makes little appeal under a penalty. Top Cop is another rare winner and never threatened when third at Windsor recently while Archie Stevens has done all his winning so far on the all-weather. The last comment also applies to Gold Club, who remains 4lb higher than his win at Wolverhampton in March, and the token vote goes to HAADEETH. He was runner-up over 5f here last time and Richard Hughes takes over the reins today.
