Verdict

Despite taking a keen hold, Awesome Rosie showed plenty of promise when third on her debut at Newbury. The second has won since so the form looks solid but HOLLIES PEARL should take all the beating again, despite her penalty. She ran well twice behind the useful Lifeboat Mona before getting off the mark at Ffos Las in January and Sean Bowen takes off 5lb again. Hatton Bank and Mrsrobin have shown signs of ability while a market check is advised on Philip Hobbs' Midnight Velvet, who is a daughter of Midnight Legend and bred to do well over jumps.
