In depth

Verdict

BOLD CONQUEST (NAP) has an obvious chance given he found only Craiganee too good over track and trip in a similar contest last month. He gets the vote ahead of Bramble Brook whose recent second came over 2m at Carlisle. Bugsie Malone goes handicapping for the first time having placed in maiden hurdle at Warwick while One Cool Scorpion should have benefited for a recent comeback run but is 9lb higher than when scoring over course and distance in April. Court King landed a double in September but the handicapper looks to have a hold on him now while Cafe De Paris, a prolific winner in France, has joined David Pipe.
