        Verdict

        ALHEZABR was still very green at Ffos Las and wandered around in front, causing interference that saw him demoted from first place. Compensation awaits though the filly Karuoka, who started out with Godolphin, ran well enough in a Sandown nursery to cause some problems with her allowance. Wonder Elmossman was a 50/1 chance at Salisbury but hit the front inside the final furlong before headed close home. Phlegon is a €165,000 son of No Nay Never out of a 7f two-year-old winner.
