Awaywiththegreys beat Hansupfordetroit half-a-length in this last season on similar going. He is 2lb better off and fancied to confirm the form, despite an inauspicious return to jumping over course and distance last month when a long way behind enigmatic runner-up Moorlands Mist. SYKES had Moorlands Mist and Ballyrock behind when successful over track and trip in November and also finished ahead of Gevrey Chambertin when third at Newbury on his latest start. The latter has won at Lingfield since but is now 4lb worse off with Philip Hobbs' charge, who can get back to winning ways if he handles the conditions. Captainofindustry was just beaten over 2m4f at Ffos Las last month and returning to 3m will suit, but he's gone up another 6lb.
