      Verdict

BELGIAN BILL ran a tremendous race to finish a close-up fourth in the Britannia Handicap at Royal Ascot. Matthew Davies' claim negates his recent weight rise and George Baker's fast-improving three-year-old is taken to return to winning ways here. Duster's fifth to Highland Knight at Sandown last Saturday was another sound effort and he shouldn't be far away again, while Moynahan is well handicapped nowadays and showed his turn wasn't far away when runner-up at Windsor last month. Pat's Legacy was denied a winning opportunity when the last race at Bath on Wednesday was abandoned but last month's C&D winner faces a stiffer task in this grade under his penalty. Kingsdine is back in form but this is a better race than his last two starts.
