An ordinary contest can go to Donastrela, who edges the vote from Moonshine Bill, Arthurs Dream and the unexposed Cash On. The last named comes into the race open to a fair bit of improvement and makes plenty of appeal after an eye-catching effort last time. He is a stoutly-bred type that starts his handicap career at a very modest level and it will be no surprise to see him go on from here. Watch the market carefully where he is concerned. Arthurs Dream has experience of the track and looks ready for a try over this trip after looking a touch one paced in his last couple of outings. He has tried a mile and a half before and holds sound each-way claims gives his all. Moonshine Bill goes well for an amateur rider and has no doubts about getting the trip. He shaped up well in a ladies race at Pontefract last time and does not have too much to find if repeating the performance this evening. However, Donastrela has been holding her own in better company of late and, as she went close off only a 1lb lower mark the last time she raced here, the Andrew Balding-trained filly looks easily capable of weight away at this level.
