      Verdict

Rosa Gallica is an interesting runner from the Knight yard, but the one's to concentrate are Brook Street, Fierce Money and Mounsey Castle. The latter must have shown connection's something at home, for he went off second favourite in a fair bumper here last time. Brook Street, did not appear to have improved much for his debut when a moderate 5th last time at Plumpton. He is expected to do better on this stiffer track. Colnside Bonnie ran well in appalling conditions at Towcester, but preference is for Fierce Money, who showed that an event such as this, should be within his grasp when finishing a fair fourth on his debut at Ludlow.
