Verdict

Mighty Meg wasn’t beaten far in an all-weather bumper at Newcastle back in January and can figure but CADMAR has the more recent form. The latter finished a close-up fourth at Worcester on October’s racecourse debut and Chris Gordon’ charge looks to have every chance on that form. Of the newcomers, A Large One Please is a half-brother to winners over jumps while Mortlach and Conceal are out of winners over hurdles and preferred to Ardbruce.
