This is a competitive handicap hurdle, but HELLO MOSCOW holds solid claims and he is narrowly preferred to Magnifico and Silver Spinner. Jim Best's 7-year-old won well last time when he got the better of Spider Boy at Plumpton. He idled a bit in front that day so the application of blinkers looks a big plus and he sets the standard for the others. Magnifico won over this course and distance last time when he had Cashel Blue behind him. The last mentioned shapes as though he will be suited by a longer trip, while Magnifico is far from consistent and he is not one to be siding with at a short price. Silver Spinner is a likeable mare from a yard in good form and she loves the ground so she is not without hope. There are many in with chances here and the narrow vote goes to Hello Moscow.
