Verdict

Cook The Books and Enry Iggins are winning pointers but have an absence to overcome. Desque De L'isle had form in France but is fitted with a hood for his UK debut following a very lengthy lay-off. Floating Rock won a bumper and so did Silver Hallmark but he was seven lengths behind MCFABULOUS at Newbury in March and Paul Nicholls’ gelding went on to land a Grade 2 at Aintree. The latter could be a smart recruit to hurdles and will be a short price in this.
